In the past few years, FKP volunteers have painted several hundred feet of railing, 22 picnic tables, stained 4 pergolas and a gazebo, and spread ‘chat’ in the Rose Garden pathways. We have also hosted an online anti-litter slogan contest, repainted trash cans and applied the selected slogans to them. We feel strongly that young people have value and can make a difference.
